Fifth in our series is senior sprinter Kasey Rodgers. She wakes up at 5:30 a.m. to train at 6 a.m. After her early morning practice, she grabs a Gatorade and runs over to the LBC to meet her Tulane Youth Impact Program kids and fellow Tulanian counselors. Kasey has volunteered her summers to the program for five years. Kasey sits down with a few of her students to reminisce about her time as a coach in the program and says goodbye to some memorable students. After time in the classroom, she’s ready for a laugh at lunch with fellow Impact coach, and Tulane defensive end, Dezman Moses. Then, she cheers her way back to the Wilson’s football practice field to show the kids how it’s done. Click the link above to see highlights!
